Important Installation Precautions for Panels:

1. Pre-drill/oversize the holes before installing screws. For example, for a 3 mm screw, drill a 6–9 mm hole. The hole diameter should be approximately 2–3 times larger than the screw diameter. Do not tighten the screws too much; allow sufficient room for the panel to expand and contract due to temperature changes. When installing screws, make sure not to place them too close to the edge of the panel.
2. At panel joints, leave a 10 mm (1 cm) gap between adjacent panels. Fill the gap completely with neutral-cure structural sealant. The screws should be fixed through the cover strip and supporting frame, rather than directly into the panel.
3. When applying structural sealant, use a transparent or white neutral-cure structural sealant. Do not use black or other dark-colored sealants. Do not use acidic or alkaline sealants, as they may corrode or damage the panels.
